We want to work with a flexible and enthusiastic individual who will be required to support the development of our European vehicles locally as well as globally - jointly with our teams in our headquarter in China.
Job Responsibilities:
* Track EU environmental low carbon related regulations (hazardous substances/recycling/carbon footprint etc.) to assist the company in developing compliance strategies
* Track EU national regulatory control procedures and requirements and assist in the preparation of compliance documents for government administration
* Establish links with EU authorities to deal with market surveillance spot checks and timely feedback of information to the country
* Deal with low carbon and environmental issues raised by EU green organisations, associations and individuals in relation to the company's products
Qualifications:
* You have a Master degree or above
* You bring 10 years or more of carbon footprint related work experience, European car companies related work experience is preferred
* You are able to join organisations or associations involved in the development of low carbon environmental legislation and understand the reasons behind the development of legislation
* You understand the process of managing environmental low carbon regulations in each country and understand the details of the compliance work of EU vehicle companies
* You have a good communication base with government departments and EU green organisations
* You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude
* You are a strong communicator with an open, structured mindset, able to work cross-functionally and internationally
* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
