Energy Transition Lead Role
Drive growth and excellence across our energy portfolio, particularly within electrical grid modernization, energy generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and heat networks.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams across regions and business lines.
* Ensure technical solutions comply with German and EU regulations, grid codes, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Energy strategy in Germany.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Drive business development activities to expand the energy transition portfolio.
2. Project Delivery:
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
* Provide expert guidance and serve as lead verifier for feasibility studies, design reports, and technical documentation.
* Manage contracts and ensure full compliance with client requirements.
3. Team Development:
* Build, mentor, and lead an experienced Energy team in Germany.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and digital innovation.
* Support technical skills development and capability building within the team.
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering complex energy projects in the German energy sector.
* Strong technical expertise in HV/MV/LV electrical systems.
* Degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in High Voltage Electrical Engineering.
This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with authorities, network operators, contractors, and suppliers. Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
