Rigorous Monitoring & Follow-Up: Regularly track KPIs against commitments, identifying gaps early and consistently following up with managers to drive progress. Drive Accountability: Act as a neutral but firm challenger to the status quo, ensuring that performance hurdles are explicitly addressed and moved toward actionable solutions. Strategic Escalation: Proactively escalate recurring performance issues or lack of transparency to the C-level, ensuring management discussions are based on hard facts. Management Reporting: Design and maintain high-impact performance dashboards and standardized KPI review formats that serve as the "single source of truth." Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR): Lead the preparation and organization of QBRs, providing the analytical backbone for senior leadership steering. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Strategy & Data, Finance, and the Chief of Staff to leverage reliable data and translate it into management-relevant insights. Your Profile Experienced Performance Driver: Several years of experience in Performance Management, Business Ops, Strategy, or PMO within a complex, fast-paced environment. KPI Specialist: A proven track record of KPI-based steering and a deep understanding of how to define and interpret metrics that drive business value. Strong Personality & Assertiveness: You possess the resilience needed to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and the persistence to see results through. Analytical Powerhouse: Exceptional skills in structuring complex information and translating data into clear, decision-relevant narratives. Comfort with Friction: You thrive in environments that require high resilience and have the diplomatic skills to navigate the healthy friction that comes with organizational change. Independent Operator: You are comfortable influencing without formal authority, gaining credibility through expertise, integrity, and ownership. Communication Pro: A master of concise written and verbal communication, capable of holding your own in high-stakes C-level discussions. Language Fluent in English. Start date April 2026 or as soon as possible. Location Onsite / Hybrid in Berlin: 2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin - Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility or Remote with flexibility to travel to Berlin when necessary.
