Rigorous Monitoring & Follow-Up: Regularly track KPIs against commitments, identifying gaps early and consistently following up with managers to drive progress. Drive Accountability: Act as a neutral but firm challenger to the status quo, ensuring that performance hurdles are explicitly addressed and moved toward actionable solutions. Strategic Escalation: Proactively escalate recurring performance issues or lack of transparency to the C-level, ensuring management discussions are based on hard facts.
