INTERIM IT Leiter - Dynamics in Paderborn
Project start: January 2026; duration: ~4 months, possible extension. Workload: 3 days/week part‑time. Location: Paderborn, onsite.
Team: 5 in IT.
Responsibilities
* Oversee function as Interim IT Leader ensuring stable, reliable IT operations.
* Lead IT team in Operations (Apps, ERP integration) and Infrastructure.
* Develop and implement modern and future‑proof IT strategies.
* Hands‑on support in day‑to‑day operations and technical queries.
* Drive ongoing Microsoft Dynamics implementation.
* Advance technology modernization, especially Azure, SharePoint, Power Automate, AI‑enabled solutions.
* Prepare and plan hardware modernization for 2026.
* Manage security projects (firewall modernization, SOC integration through end‑2025).
Qualifications
* Several years of leadership experience as IT Leader / Head of IT / IT Manager.
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, especially in transformation or build‑up phases.
* Strong expertise in Azure, SharePoint, Power Automate.
* Experience with modern AI tools and innovative IT solutions.
* Solid understanding of network architectures, software landscapes and modern IT infrastructure.
* Strategic thinking combined with strong hands‑on mindset.
* Experience in IT hardware and software procurement (Nice to have).
* Knowledge in telecom equipment and security equipment (Nice to have).
