Ihre Aufgaben
* You are responsible to guide and support markets in projects in the field of digital business transformation – e.g. online quotation and offering, opportunity management and other digital customer services.
* Coming from customers’ needs and market demands, you translate the overall strategy and target picture into an executable roadmap with clear requirements for different digital products/channels.
* You work closely with product owners, international markets, external suppliers to ensure the implementation of the requirements.
* Together with the product owner, you are driving the definition and harmonization of the digital customer journey across markets and respective channels.
Ihr Profil
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business information systems or comparable.
* Working experience with customer frontends or customer services with passion for the mobility sector.
* Proven knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields: business analysis, project management, agile methods and tools, UX/UI design, KPIs/analytics.
* You have the talent to grasp and structure complex issues quickly.
* You enjoy organizing complex projects effectively.
* You are fluent in both English and German, and you can drive positive outcomes within the team using your communication skills.
