1. Performance Culture Development: implement tools and KPIs to measure and optimize store operations globally, fostering a data-driven performance culture.
2. Global Network & Investment Analysis: serve as a business partner for the commercial assessment of business cases for retail, collaborating closely with HQ Finance and local management.
3. Retail Performance Management: calculate, report on, and set targets for various retail KPIs. Conduct analyses across products, categories, and locations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Strategic Planning: create, coordinate, discuss, present, and communicate the 3-year retail network plan, ensuring regular follow-up with internal stakeholders.
5. Real Estate Coordination: manage global real estate commercial approval and leases renewal, coordinating between market and Group stakeholders.
6. Team Management: manage a team of one Retail Performance Analyst, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
You’ll have…
7. 8-10 years of experience in FP&A within a global organization, with mandatory knowledge of retail operations and ideally luxury.
8. Proven ability to develop and implement KPIs and performance management systems.
9. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
10. Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
11. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
12. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Looker.
13. Fluency in English is required.
14. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
