Your Key Responsibilities
1. Management, planning and control of national and international IT projects of the cross-platform HCM components
2. Take responsibility for project success with regard to customer satisfaction and economic efficiency
3. Coordination of all internal project participants as well as our external partners
4. Be a competent contact for our stakeholders
5. Ensure smooth communication and documentation in the responsible projects
6. Contribute to the development of our cloud and on-premise systems in the HR area
7. IT operations management of the systems with internal and external service providers to agreed service level agreements
8. Release management to ensure that the solutions are up-to-date
9. Close cooperation with HR stakeholders and responsibility in mentoring and coaching young professionals
10. Active contribution to our agile teams and working methods
Your Qualifications
11. Completed degree in (business) informatics or an engineering science or comparable qualification with knowledge acquired in practice
12. Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects working collaboratively with stakeholders, ideally with a focus SAP HCM Solutions
13. Extensive experience in managing project teams
14. Strong project management skills, especially with regard to communication, capacity and budget planning, task prioritization, management of external service providers and internal customer care
15. Business-fluent English, German is a strong plus
16. Willingness to travel (worldwide) if required
17. Social and intercultural sensitivity, knowledge of dealing with complex and critical situations, ability to think analytically, strong presentation and moderation skills
18. Keen perception and an independent, structured and customer and solution-oriented way of working
