What you’ll do ​& Who you are To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Enablement Coordinator (d/f/m) In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager Sales Enablement and take supervision of key processes, projects, and task coordination. You will serve as a central point of contact for both internal and external sales teams, ensuring seamless daily sales operations. By fostering effective communication and collaboration, you enable all teams to work efficiently and stay aligned, supporting their success across every stage of the sales process and playing a key role in achieving our sales targets. What you'll do: Supervise and actively contribute to contract management and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ongoing process improvements Take an active role in projects to improve sales enablement operations Oversee and participate in case handling, prioritizing workflows and driving timely resolution Monitor, analyze, and help optimize backoffice performance, including KPI tracking and reporting Serve as point of contact for internal and external partners, channeling feedback, coordinating, and actively supporting projects Support and engage in the onboarding and training of new team members in systems and processes Administer and help further develop external contact center solutions, continuously driving process optimization Who you are: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales operations, or related field Several years’ experience in contract management, sales operations, or project management Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Confident with CRM and case management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) Team player with high energy and ownership, eager to drive improvements Fluency in German (min.
