Proposal Manager Role
As a Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts by processing incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients. This involves close collaboration with our Business Development managers to ensure that we provide tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
The scope of this position includes:
* Coordinating and participating in technical calls with clients to understand their requirements;
* Compiling comprehensive proposals that outline the scope, deliverables, cost estimation, payment schedules, and timelines;
* Leading the internal review process to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the proposal lifecycle;
To excel in this role, you will require:
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, healthcare, or a business-related field;
* Sociability, friendly demeanor, and excellent teamwork skills;
* A structured and result-oriented approach;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Assertiveness and high social competence;
* Fluency in English and German;
* Proficiency in standard software applications such as MS Office, especially Excel and Word;
