Your tasks
7. Mechanical configuration of satellites and payloads
8. Development of mechanical designs for satellites and instrument structures
9. Development and conception of GSE designs (ground support equipment)
10. Development of lightweight structures and design concepts
11. Development and documentation of mechanical designs taking into account the requirements and constraints in terms of function, material and manufacturing
12. Creation of product definition drawings, parts lists and associated manufacturing documentation
Your profile
13. Successfully completed studies in the field of aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering
14. Knowledge of CATIA V5 and 3D-Experience is an advantage
15. Knowledge of PLM systems is an advantage
16. Familiarity with space-specific mechanical and thermal requirements and constraints
17. Experience in the design and creation of manufacturing documentation
18. Experience in composite materials and structural design
19. Experience in GSE design (Ground Support Equipment) an advantage
20. Advanced knowledge of German and business fluent in English
21. Good communication skills and team spirit
22. High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills
23. Willingness to travel occasionally
