What you'll do
* Own the implementation of Retarus E-Mail Services (e.g., Transactional Email, Email Security, Encryption, Continuity) for enterprise customers.
* Perform technical configuration of services according to customer requirements and compliance standards (e.g., ISAE 3402)
* Conduct end-to-end testing of email services to ensure optimal functionality and security
* Guide customers during onboarding by providing technical assistance, documentation, and best practices
* Validate customer requirements and ensure proper alignment with implemented solutions
* Act as the technical point of contact during the implementation phase, coordinating closely with Product Management, Networks & Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams
* Document all technical configurations, workflows, and customer-specific details using Jira and Confluence
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during activation to ensure successful service delivery
What you'll need
* Completed studies or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in technical roles with direct customer interaction
* In-depth knowledge in the implementation and support of communication applications and services
* Experience in the analysis and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN infrastructures and related technologies such as FTP, SMTP, TLS, VoIP, VPN, proxies, and firewalls
* Proficient in DNS technologies and common email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
* Experience with email encryption solutions, preferably Julia MailOffice
* Familiarity with enterprise email systems and servers such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Exchange
