What You Can Expect
For our unit Customs EMEA, we are looking for you as a team assistant
* You are responsible for cross-border assistance tasks as well as general office organization, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
* You plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and team events.
* You maintain and update databases and support in the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Furthermore, you are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supporting knowledge management activities.
* Additionally, you take care of general office organization and management, such as travel expense reimbursement or ordering various materials.
What You Offer
* completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
* initial work experience in office management
* proficient use of MS Office products
* fluent communication skills in German and English
* strong organizational abilities and a structured way of working
