In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of social-first content across paid and organic channels, combining hands-on video editing with full production ownership across video, photography, and design projects. You will work closely with marketing, brand, and performance teams to deliver high-performing content that supports both creative and commercial objectives.
What you will do
1. Concept, film, and edit high-quality video content for paid social and organic channels, optimised for platform best practices.
2. Own production workflows end to end, from briefing and scripting through shoot, edit, review, and final delivery.
3. Manage logistics for photo and video shoots, including studios, locations, equipment, props, and talent.
4. Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to optimise content for engagement and results.
5. Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, speed up versioning, and scale content production.
What you should bring
6. 4+ years of experience delivering social-first video content, either in-house or agency-side.
7. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative for both paid and organic social media.
8. High technical proficiency with professional editing tools ( Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
9. Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, and performance-driven creative.
10. Highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
