Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: You lead and continuously develop all quality assurance and control processes across four production sites. With a strong customer focus, you develop and implement modern quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001). You ensure compliance with legal and internal quality requirements. You plan and confidently conduct internal and external audits – from preparation to follow-up. You analyze quality metrics and derive targeted improvement measures. You handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented and sustainable manner. You are responsible for strategic supplier management to ensure supplier quality. You collaborate closely with other departments to achieve quality objectives holistically. Qualifications: You hold a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or quality management – or have completed a relevant vocational training program. You bring solid professional experience in quality assurance and control, ideally complemented by initial leadership experience. You are well-versed in relevant norms and standards, especially those related to ISO 9000 / 14000 / 50000, and have applied them in practice. Your analytical mindset, structured and detail-oriented working style, and high quality awareness set you apart. You apply your strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and problem-solving abilities effectively in your daily work. You are willing to travel regularly to our sites to ensure cross-location quality on a personal level (approx. 30% travel required). Your affinity for complex processes and strong customer orientation make you the ideal candidate for this role. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level), is required.
