Purchasing Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support our end-to-end procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplier Qualification and Negotiation: Identify, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers to meet our needs.
* Contract Management and Spot Buying: Create and manage contracts, as well as make informed purchasing decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: 1-3 years of junior expertise.
* Organisational and Strategic Thinking: Strong organisational and strategic skills are required.
* Teamwork and Independent Work: Ability to work independently while maintaining a good team spirit.
* Technical Knowledge: Interest in technological products and market trends.
* Negotiation and Organisation Skills: Good negotiation skills and structured organisation are essential.
* Languages: Proficiency in English and French; another European language is an advantage.
