We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Organic Growth Lead to drive sustainable traffic and user acquisition for our online marketplace. You’ll own SEO strategy, lead content development, manage geo-targeted growth initiatives, and oversee a team of specialists.
You will
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization
2. Lead the content strategy and oversee the creation of high-impact, search-optimized content
3. Drive geo-targeted growth by localizing SEO and content for key markets
4. Manage and mentor a team of SEO/content specialists
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, BI to align growth initiatives
6. Analyze performance data, run tests, and report on KPIs to continuously optimize organic growth
You've got
7. 5+ years of SEO & Content experience
8. Proven experience managing and developing teams
9. Strong understanding of tech seo, search engine algorithms and ranking factors
10. Excellent communication and project management skills
11. Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, Analytics tools
