Payroll Project Manager
The Project Manager for Payroll (m/f/x) is responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and execution of SAP HR Payroll projects for our client. We are seeking a candidate with experience in project management within the HR field, ideally with a focus on payroll.
Lead the planning and execution of HR payroll projects.
Manage and guide project scope, budgets, and timelines to meet goals and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans.
Track project tasks and resources using relevant tools.
Regularly track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support to the project team.
Implement and manage changes throughout the project to ensure optimal outcomes.
Conduct project evaluations and assess results.
Proficient in MS Office.
Experience with MS Project or Asana is a plus.
Knowledge of time management and payroll processes.
Familiarity with SAP HR is an advantage, but not required.
Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to management and key stakeholders.
