Software Development Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated software engineer to join our interdisciplinary R&D team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in embedded systems development within regulated environments and a strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
This role involves leading the design and implementation of embedded systems and software architectures for high-risk medical devices, as well as providing technical leadership and mentoring team members.
Solid knowledge of software development principles and best practices is essential, along with excellent collaboration skills and fluency in German and English.
You will work closely with engineers, scientists, and clinical experts to develop cutting-edge medtech innovations and drive the development of next-generation medical devices through smart software and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Develop, implement, and maintain software architectures for high-risk medical devices.
* Collaborate with engineers and scientists to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
* Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on software development best practices.
* Optimize software development infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in software development within regulated environments.
* Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
* Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Docker.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level in both).
