What The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Will Do:
* Create an DACH region customer base from the ground up & monitor sales activity across the region
* Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy
* Identify, nurture, and convert leads into long-term partnerships
* Attend industry events to grow your network and market presence
* Deliver compelling proposals with support from senior leadership
* Own the full sales cycle – from first conversation to close
What We’re Looking For In The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager:
* Proven experience in sales or business development in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms
* Confidence communicating with C-suite stakeholders
* Strong understanding of digital payments or communications ecosystems
* A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and growth
* Experience with tendering processes is a plus
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
