We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the operational rollout and consolidation of a Practice Management System (PMS) across a large, multi-site healthcare organization in Germany.
This role requires a hands-on delivery leader with deep clinical IT experience, capable of driving on-the-ground implementation across 100+ sites. The focus is on execution, rollout, and adoption - not purely strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end rollout of a unified PMS platform across 100+ outpatient sites
* Drive multi-site implementation, data migration, and system integration
* Ensure standardisation of workflows across practices, while managing local constraints
* Work closely with clinical staff, practice managers, and IT teams to ensure adoption
* Manage on-site delivery, including training, go-lives, and issue resolution
* Handle stakeholder resistance and ensure smooth transition from legacy systems
* Coordinate with architecture and central teams on infrastructure and system dependencies
* Maintain tight timelines and delivery discipline in a complex environment
Required Experience
Must-Have
* Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager in:
* Healthcare provider environments (clinics, practices, hospital groups)
* Hands-on experience with:
* PMS / PVS / KIS / EHR systems
* Multi-site system rollouts (ideally 50+ locations)
* System migration, integration, and go-live execution
* Strong operational delivery mindset (not purely strategic/program level)
* Experience working directly with:
* Clinical users (doctors, practice staff)
* Fluent German (mandatory)
* Willingness to be on-site in Frankfurt 3 days per week
Nice-to-Have
* Experience consolidating multiple PMS systems into one platform
* Background in outpatient / ambulatory care environments
* Experience in regulated healthcare IT environments
