MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
* 1st and 2nd German State Exam (“Volljurist”) or equivalent degree in Business law or comparable law degree in another country with good results (minimum: “Befriedigend”)
* Relevant experience 3-5 years, ideally in the automotive field or similar
* Business relevant topics in Bachelor, Master Thesis would be an avantage
* Good understanding of business constellations and the technical design of products in the Automotive Business
* Specialized expertise in Data Protection and Compliance
* Team player with strong communication skills
* People person; Power to drive things and embrace change
* Cultural awareness, intercultural competence
* Ability to quickly build a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
* Willingness to constantly learn in general and about the Automotive Business in particular and develop furthers skills
* Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
Your tasks
* Prepare and impose internal guidelines, policies and regulations and roll-out a compliance training program at MPE
* Review and adjust internal processes, wherever needed
* Initiate MPE General compliance improvements as a person-in-charge in coordination with the Head of Department General Legal Counsel and Working Group Lead Pan-EU Legal & Compliance
* Coordinate the group of specialists working on Data Protection and/or Complaince in PDCs
* Conduct Compliance investigations
* Research updates and provide internal presentations within the scope of expertise
* Conduct internal training sessions on legal/compliance topics
* Provide support and guidence on general compliance topics
* Perform other duties as assigned
