To support our Customer Analytics team we are searching for an Intern Customer Analytics Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
What You Will Do
* Conception, planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of our 360° CRM Campaigns
* Realisation and Optimization of existing as well as new campaigns to retain and to attract customers
* Analyzing client data and developing strategies for each customer segment
* Measuring and analyzing campaigns together with our data analysts
* Defining KPIs and reporting campaign results to internal touch points
* Working closely with our Customer Experience, Retail, E-Mail Marketing, Online Marketing and Shop Management teams
Who You Are
* Currently pursuing or holding a university degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field
* Excellent project management abilities, with analytical and strategic thinking
* Affinity for e-commerce, numbers and data analysis
* Team player with a reliable and collaborative mindset
* Results-driven, maintaining high standards of quality and precision
* Business-fluent in English
* Strong Excel skills
* Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus
