About the team
Within the COO Division Technology Engineering & Architecture (TEA) is responsible for accelerating the delivery of a companywide simplified and future-proof target architecture and application harmonization. Furthermore EDM, EPM and the DWS cloud journey will be enabled by TEA.
As a Senior Team Manager Technology (m/f/d) / Architecture Transformation Lead (m/f/d) you will:
1. Play a pivotal and entrepreneurial role in driving the enterprise-wide architecture transformation
2. This begins with – outcome-driven – determining the key areas for architectural transformation in collaboration with various architects, delivery teams, leads, and business stakeholders
3. Own and lead cross-domain architecture initiatives end-to-end with a focus on outcome and managing overarching dependencies
4. Work closely with senior leaders from both business and IT
5. Simplify, modernize, and future-proof complex IT landscapes by also trigger business and process simplifications
6. Focus on the current and future needs of the financial services and asset management sector
We are looking for
7. Extensive experience in IT Architecture on enterprise level ideally within the financial services or asset management industry
8. Proven ability to simplify, modernize and digitize grown IT landscapes and drive Architecture transformations
9. Comprehensive knowledge of modern IT technologies
10. Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop sustainable and achievable innovative solutions and get things done
11. Demonstrated leadership and ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with business and IT stakeholders
12. Excellent communication skills, both in active listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups
13. Team player with experience working in cross-functional and international environments
14. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
