As a key member of the global HR leadership team, you will design, govern, and continuously enhance compensation, benefits, mobility, and performance frameworks that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals. Operating across multiple countries and markets, this role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery. You will partner closely with senior leaders to attract, retain, and motivate talent globally. Key areas of responsibility include: • Developing and implementing a global compensation and benefits strategy • Overseeing job architecture, salary structures, and market benchmarking • Managing annual reward cycles, incentive design, and executive compensation • Driving global benefits and wellbeing programmes • Leading mobility and expatriate frameworks • Providing expert advice to senior leadership and HR teams • Embedding data-driven decision-making in reward and performance We are seeking a professional with: • 10 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits within a complex, international organisation • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments • Proven expertise in global reward frameworks, job evaluation, and executive pay • Strong analytical, financial, and influencing skills • A global mindset with cultural awareness and integrity Preferred qualifications include Experience supporting RemCo or Board committees Knowledge of HRIS or reward systems. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance is required; a master’s or professional certification (GRP, CIPD, CCP) is desirable.
