Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on partnering with customers to achieve strategic goals. This team is responsible for providing a differentiated Customer experience for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.
Responsibilities
As a Global Client Director, you will:
* Conduct ongoing executive mapping exercises to ensure alignment across key internal and external groups.
* Provide thought leadership and strategic co-innovation ideas, challenging customers to think differently and offering industry-specific points of view.
* Set the organizational tone for building and maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships.
* Drive larger impact for the customer.
* Lead the creation of long-term strategies to build customer loyalty that is hard for competitors to overcome.
* Bring together the customer ecosystem to discuss how to enrich the customer’s value and create mutually agreed roadmaps for innovation and transformation within strategic accounts.
* Proactively explore and uncover technologies, confirm customer interest, and understand competitive positioning.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree AND experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
* Or Master's Degree AND experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
* Experience in working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
* Experience making recommendations to and collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
