To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as
Junior Finance Manager (all genders)
Location: Frankfurt am Main
Your tasks:
· Providing active support in accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Creating Monthly Fund Reports, Weekly payment schedule
· Monitoring the Cash Flow of ongoing projects and maintaining relevant data in project management system
· Reviewing OPEX – Travel, Entertainment and etc. (Posting, Booking will be required for 3-4 months till the time for completion of automation)
· Controlling of RFA (Request for Approval) and Actual Spending vs. Budget for OPEX and creating Monthly Reports
· Adhoc Support would be required
Your Profiles:
· 2-3 years’ experience in finance/controlling is an advantage
· Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable training.
Majored Accounting / Finance degree is an advantage
· Advanced Excel and experience DATEV are advantages
· Both German & English languages are mandatory, and Korean language is an advantage
· Reliable, independent, meticulous, and structured work style, as well as a proactive service orientation
· Good communication skills with all levels of employees in the company which are composed of multi cultures & nationalities.
