YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Intensive cooperation with the International Sales Managers
* Communication with our global sales partners
* Preparation and creation of quotations and price calculations
* Independent processing of projects and international tenders
* Coordination of internal and customer-related processes with other departments
* Maintaining customer information in the CRM and ERP systems
* Collaboration in cross-departmental projects
* Preparation of contract documents
YOUR MINDSET AND SKILLS:
* Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification or experience
* Ideally experience in internal sales, also as a career starter
* Independent, structured and conscientious way of working, team spirit and flexibility
* Strong customer orientation in a dynamic, international environment
* Experienced handling of CRM and merchandise management systems, MS Office
* Fluent in English, good knowledge of German and ideally combined with another foreign language (e.g. French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic)
