Your Tasks
* Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
* Monitor and analyze HR-related financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
* Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management
* Establish and track key HR metrics on an international level (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement, compensation trends)
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR data to internal and external stakeholders
* Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements within HR operations
* Monitor HR expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
* Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs by providing financial and analytical expertise
* Advise senior leadership on HR financial impacts and strategic workforce planning
* Ensure compliance with local and international regulations & standards
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks within HR
* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR and financial management
Your Profile
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CPA) is an advantage
* Experience in HR controlling, financial planning, or a related role, preferably in a multinational environment
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior management
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
* Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and advanced Excel skills
