Key Account Manager
Location: Mainz/Frankfurt/Berlin (hybrid/remote)
Salary: 70K + Bonus
A fast-growing European parking technology company is hiring a Key Account Manager to support its expansion in Germany. Already a trusted provider for major retailers and commercial property groups, the company combines intelligent ANPR-based solutions with a service-led approach that helps clients optimise site performance and customer experience.
As part of the German commercial team, you’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with high-value clients — especially in the retail, leisure, and commercial property sectors.
Your responsibilities:
* Manage and grow strategic accounts, focusing on long-term value and retention
* Lead client meetings, proposals, and solution design in partnership with internal experts
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple sites or portfolios
* Work closely with operations, legal and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
What you bring:
* Strong experience in key account management or B2B consultative sales
* Ideally from a background in parking, retail, proptech, real estate services, or similar
* Structured, ROI-led approach to building partnerships
* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
* Fluent German and confident English
