Your Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the child and adolescent psychiatric department, ensuring high-quality patient care.
* Oversee both inpatient and outpatient services, managing multidisciplinary teams with a focus on clinical excellence and efficiency.
* Lead and mentor medical and allied health staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning through supervision, training, and professional development.
* Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and departmental performance metrics.
* Collaborate closely with other departments within the Center for Mental Health to integrate services and optimize patient outcomes.
* Represent the department in internal and external forums, including liaising with healthcare partners and regulatory bodies.
* Uphold compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Your Profile:
* Board-certified specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
* Proven track record of several years in a senior clinical leadership role within child and adolescent mental health.
* Deep expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions in children and adolescents.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
* Empathetic approach towards patients and their families, valuing patient-centered care.
* Valid immunization records as required by German law, including COVID-19 and measles vaccinations.
