The role owns customer relationships, opportunity strategy, and commercial execution, managing complex, longu2011cycle sales opportunities from early engagement through order intake. This position is a remote, fieldu2011based role, ideally located in Western / Northwestern Germany, covering that territory. The role requires regular customer engagement, site visits, and stakeholder meetings, with an expected travel requirement of approximately 50% In this role, a typical day will look like: Owning and executing the direct sales strategy for the assigned territory Developing and managing key customer relationships with municipalities, EPCs, consultants, and system integrators Leading complex, longu2011cycle sales opportunities from qualification through order intake Managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce (SFDC) Coordinating internal teams to support deal strategy, pricing, and execution Representing Trojan & Aquafides Technologies in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events The essential requirements of the job include: Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) 5u201310 years of experience in direct B2B technical or solutionu2011based sales Background in municipal water treatment, UV disinfection, environmental, or industrial process technology is strongly preferred.
