What you will do

In this role, you will support our team by systematically capturing, analyzing, and redesigning the existing license forecasting process, based on real and accurate data. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data-driven process optimization and contribute to meaningful improvements in operational efficiency.

 * Ensure transparency across the entire license lifecycle by capturing the current process, documenting data flows, responsibilities, and reporting interfaces, assessing data quality, and identifying potential risks and inefficiencies.
 * Uncover weaknesses and risks in current process and data structures by analyzing SAP reporting data with a focus on structure, consistency, and billing logic. Cross-check internal contract and customer records as well as highlight inconsistencies and gaps.
 * Design a to-be-process to standardize license data and billing steps, incorporating clearly defined reporting and control mechanisms. Establish structured frameworks for products, customers, contract durations, and billing models.
 * Build a reliable foundation for license forecasting by developing a reporting prototype, deriving actionable steps for implementing the to-be-process, and formulating well-grounded recommendations.
