About The Role
Food & Beverage Assistants' tasks include the following:
1. Making sure table caddies are fully stocked.
2. Delivering food to tables.
3. Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
4. Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
5. Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills on tables and floors, clearing away crumbs on tables and chairs.
6. Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
7. Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
8. Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies
9. Informing Manager on Duty if any issues arise.
