Proven experience delivering complex energy projects within the German energy sector. Strong technical expertise in HV/MV/LV electrical systems. Degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in High Voltage Electrical Engineering. Data Center experience is an advantage. Minimum 15 years of professional experience, ideally within the energy sector (public and/or private). Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with authorities, network operators, contractors, and suppliers. Excellent communication skills in both German and English. Lead, develop, and implement AECOMs Energy strategy in Germany. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Drive business development activities to expand AECOMs energy transition portfolio. Define and execute clear project and program delivery strategies. Lead multidisciplinary teams across regions and business lines. Ensure that technical solutions comply with German and EU regulations, grid codes, safety, and environmental standards. Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget. Provide expert guidance and serve as lead verifier for feasibility studies, design reports, and technical documentation. Ensure accurate technical and financial reporting to senior leadership. Manage contracts and ensure full compliance with AECOM and client requirements. Build, mentor, and lead AECOMs Energy team in Germany. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and digital innovation. Support technical skills development and capability building within the team. Champion operational excellence and best practices in energy project delivery.
