We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor/Manager who is proactive, decisive, and passionate about safety. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and driving best practices across multiple sites.
Develop and implement HSE policies and programs in line with German regulations and industry standards.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.
Stay updated on German HSE legislation and ensure alignment with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in construction, ideally with HV substations or BESS projects.
Strong knowledge of German HSE legislation (DGUV, TRBS).
Fluent English
