Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
1. You will be responsible for onboarding project team members, which includes ordering their access and providing basic introductions
2. You will act as the first point of contact for handling access problems for external staff
3. You will support the team by building basic presentations and preparing documentation, including meeting minutes
4. You will be in charge of working out Jira boards and ensuring program tasks follow the required structure
5. You will also provide direct support to the program management team by assisting with ad-hoc requests
Your profile
6. Completed at least two years of university study in Business Administration, IT, Data/Analytics, or Project Management
7. Highly structured and reliable; passionate about project management, data analytics and AI
8. Self-starter who develops and tests ideas independently; strong interest in AI tools
9. Internship or working‑student experience a plus
10. MS Office required; Jira desirable
