Your Responsibilities
* You are responsible for order processing for selected customers and ensure smooth operations.
* You are the contact person for inventory management and all supply chain-related questions – both internally and externally.
* You prepare forecasts and coordinate reorders for packaging materials.
* You handle incoming complaints and work with the team to find quick solutions.
* You actively contribute to optimizing our processes.
Your Profile
* Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
* Initial professional experience in internal sales, supply chain, or customer service is an advantage.
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
* Confident handling of MS Office, ideally with SAP experience.
* You are customer-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
