Your area of work:
As part of our Group Tax team, you will play a key role in shaping the tax structure of our international group. With your focus on Transfer Pricing, you will advise the business, support complex projects and actively contribute to the further development of our transfer pricing framework.
Your responsibilities:
1. Management and further development of the group-wide transfer pricing system
2. Preparation, maintenance and review of transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files) in accordance with national and international regulations (OECD Guidelines)
3. Analysis, structuring and optimization of intercompany transactions
4. Point of contact and independent advisor to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters, including restructurings, new business models and M&A transactions
5. Design and optimization of internal processes, tools and policies in the area of transfer pricing
6. Active support and coordination of tax audits and mutual agreement/advance pricing agreement procedures (MAP/APA) in the area of transfer pricing
7. Handling of tax law matters, including the preparation of tax opinions
8. Support in the preparation of board decision papers
Your profile:
9. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a specialization in Taxation or Finance
10. At least five years of relevant professional experience in Transfer Pricing, gained in a tax advisory or consulting firm and/or within a corporate tax department
11. Proven experience in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses
12. Additional professional qualifications (e.g. certified tax advisor, Master in Taxation, LL.M.) are considered an advantage
13. Experience within the financial services sector is beneficial
14. Practical knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems) or similar financial systems
15. Strong analytical capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and solution‑oriented mindset
16. High level of self‑motivation, strong team orientation, excellent communication skills, and flexibility
17. Proficiency in MS Office applications
18. Negotiation‑level proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (C1)
