Your Role as Head of Sales
This is a highly impactful role combining hands-on team leadership with strategic commercial ownership. You’ll lead and scale the Sales function, improve structure and execution, and work closely with the CRO to drive sustainable growth.
Main responsibilities
* Lead and develop a commercial team across SDRs, AEs, and Activation Managers (direct leadership + coaching)
* Build structure: introduce processes, forecasting, performance routines, and scalable ways of working
* Own team performance and execution against aggressive growth targets (c. 50% YoY)
* Stay close to the market: spend 20% of your time in customer/partner conversations to sharpen the playbook
Who You Are
Experience
* Strong background in B2B SaaS Sales
* Leadership experience managing minimum 3 people
* Comfortable operating in a scaling environment with limited structure → and improving it fast
* Data-driven, able to create clarity in complexity and build repeatable execution
* Ideally exposed to environments like creator economy, coaching, digital businesses, e-commerce/commerce, affiliate/partner ecosystems or FinTech
Personality/Soft-Skills
* Strong communicator, energetic without being overly corporate
* Structured operator mindset: hands-on, proactive, pragmatic
* Confident enough to manage a demanding team and drive accountability
* Startup mentality: fast, resilient, solution-oriented, high ownership
* Relationship builder who enjoys conferences, networking, and being close to the market
Languages
* German (C2) required
* English is a strong plus (international team)
