What you get to do in this role: Schedule appointments, planu202fmeetings, and maintain complex and changing calendars,u202fwhile working through scheduling roadblocks. Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondenceu202fincluding emails, presentations and reports. Review outgoingu202fcorrespondence for accuracy, format consistency, signaturesu202fand conformance with executive procedures. Assist leadership and organizations by optimizing usage of time.u202fMake decisions regarding short-term priorities and worku202factivities. Arrange all travel to ensure consistency within companyu202fprocedures and support organization in obtaining necessaryu202ftravel documents including Visa/passport, while maintainingu202fLeadership expenses/credit cardu202freconciliation. Identify issues within theu202forganization and initiate oru202ffacilitate solutions. Assist internal departments with the setup of new hires. Assist new hires with processes including expense reporting andu202ftravel systems and other internal processes and tools. Compile,u202fprepare and process Leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation where needed. To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
