Your Mission: This is how you drive impact As our Lead for Talent & Scholarship Programs, you are the entrepreneurial force responsible for designing, funding, and launching the next generation of talent initiatives within the ZOLLHOF ecosystem. This role is a unique blend of strategic program creation, hands-on launch management, and crucial fundraising to feed our entire Entrepreneurship funnel. Here is an overview of your tasks: Strategic Program Conception (Build from Scratch): You hold the overall strategic and content responsibility for designing and developing new, high-impact Scholarship and Talent programs (e.g., focused on students, researchers, underrepresented groups). Funding & Stakeholder Management: You proactively build partnerships and secure funding with foundations, patrons, and corporations to ensure the financial viability of all programs, acting as the key ZOLLHOF representative. Operational Program Launch: You establish the necessary organizational structures, manage the selection processes, and hands-on oversee the program implementation, including the resulting Community and Alumni Management. Talent Pipeline & Scouting: You drive Talent Scouting in close collaboration with the future Scholarship Team and partnering Universities, utilizing Marketing resources to promote the programs effectively. Entrepreneurship Funnel Integration: You act as the key interface to the Startup Team, strategically ensuring that the Scholarship programs optimally "feed the Entrepreneurship funnel" with high-potential future founders. Your Toolbox: What you bring to the table General: We are looking for a Senior Lead whose expertise is rooted in Program Management, Talent Development, or a related field. Fluency in English and good German skills are essential to navigate both the talent and the funding landscape. Experiences: You ideally bring several years of proven experience in designing, managing, and scaling Scholarship or Talent programs (e.g., accelerator models, corporate talent initiatives). Entrepreneurial experience or a strong Startup mindset is highly desired. Fundraising expertise (foundations, patrons) or previous contact with the academic world is a clear advantage. Skills: You possess state-of-the-art know-how regarding current Talent Initiative trends and a demonstrable ability to conceive complex programs and secure their financing. You combine excellent communicative and presentational skills with high organizational ability and a confident use of AI tools for efficient project management. Personality: You are driven by a strong entrepreneurial desire and a "Builder" mentality to make the world of entrepreneurship more accessible. You are exceptionally relationship-driven and empathetic, capable of connecting equally well with young talents and high-level funding partners.
