As a senior professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting projects within the realms of civil, structural, and architectural & real estate management, while also overseeing project management.
* New Challenges: Embark on an exciting opportunity to join the facility team in building ESMC's 300mm semiconductor fab.
* System Ownership and Optimization: Contribute to construction and architectural design activities focusing on office and general infrastructure managed by our general contractor.
* Technical Expertise: Oversee management of building-related permits, including collaboration with relevant authorities or parties for construction issues.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor design progress of design consultants and identify potential risks based on construction schedule requirements.
* Project Involvement: Plan, allocate, monitor schedules, resources, and support construction material selection processes.
* Collaboration: Facilitate interface coordination and integration between various construction contractors.
* Document Management: Assist in creating, managing, and maintaining project documentation related to BIM processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
