This is a high-level risk management position that involves overseeing the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks across various business functions.
Responsibilities
* Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks to the organization's assets, revenue streams, and reputation.
* Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement risk monitoring and reporting processes to track and mitigate risks.
* Covering the Complete Risk Spectrum: Ensure that all types of risks are identified, assessed, and monitored, including credit risk, ICT risk, operational risk, reputational risk, liquidity risk, market risk, and FX risk.
* Outsourced Functions Methodology Development and Implementation: Develop and implement methodologies for outsourced functions to ensure effective risk management.
* Review Document and Evaluate Internal Controls: Review and evaluate internal controls to ensure they are effective in mitigating risks.
* Automation of Controls and Business Solutions: Support the automation of controls and provide business solutions to align with operational needs.
* Regulatory Control Environment: Monitor the regulatory control environment and identify improvements to provide advice to management for consistent application of policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as risk management, finance, or accounting.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
