You will be very present in stores, coaching and developing a team of Store Managers within your area of responsibility, doing so in a style which is personable and hands-on. You will inspire your team to always put the client first, continually looking for ways to exceed the client’s expectations.Your role will be:Team Management and DevelopmentLead and inspire a team of Store Managers to be successful business leaders who execute the LOEWE retail excellence standards and grow the businessGrow the competence and confidence of the team, coaching and sharing feedback to ensure a pipeline of talent within the areaIdentify recruitment needs and skills gap within the area, actively attracting, recruiting and interviewing candidatesEvaluate individuals’ strengths and areas of development, creating development plans to improve performance and grow talent ready for their next roleEnsure the store team complete all training in a timely manner, including the induction training and onboarding of new joinersIdentify training needs for the area, sharing these needs with key stakeholdersCreate an environment where the teams are motivated and engaged to grow and succeed within LOEWEPromote internal career mobility by proactively identifying and developing high-potential talent, supporting succession planning initiatives, and facilitating opportunities for internal promotions and cross-functional moves within LOEWE and LVMH.Business Performance and DevelopmentManage and grow your P&L, analyzing results and implementing effective actionsImplement the business strategy in your area, ensuring there is focus and actions on the objectivesEnsure each store is fulfilling its potential, analyzing KPI’s and creating actions plans to increase performance for both quantitative and qualitative where requiredMonitor weekly and monthly store performance, analyzing trends and share feedback with relevant stakeholdersMonitor customer service results and take action to address area of opportunityIdentify opportunities and implement actions to develop and grow each client segmentationIdentify realistic but stretching monthly commercial targets and objectives for each storeDevelop a strong collaborative relationship with key partners especially within department storesDevelop a network of contacts and influence within your area, becoming an expert of the market and local competitorsOperationsRegularly visit the stores, walking the floor, coaching and providing feedback to make improvementsMonitor the daily operations of the stores ensuring adherence to service standards, procedures, policies and routinesEnsure each store is clean and well maintained, ensure any maintenance and repair work is carried out in a timely mannerEnsure visual merchandising standards are adhered toReview store planning and scheduling to ensure the right plan is in place to deliver successfully each dayMonitor inventory levels in stores and take action where neededEnsure inventory counts are regularly completed and discrepancies are investigated with actions taken for improvementEnsure the team fully utilize all technology and tools to ensure the store and clients are well servedTake the lead in the successful execution of large-scale store projects including refurbishments, relocations and openingsWhat is important for the role:Proven experience within a similar environment leading diverse people to successEffective communication and interpersonal skills, valuing, and amplifying diversityLeads with empathy and curiosity to listen and understandStrong and demonstratable commercial acumenAbility to be agile, creative, and commercial in solution developmentPassionate and knowledgeable about our product and the industryA Client centric mindset with a passion to exceed expectationsA committed Team Player, able and willing to collaborate with various stakeholdersA deep interest in Fashion, Art, and CultureFluent in English.
