The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the setup of alternative investment funds, working closely with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
* Manage day-to-day operations of funds, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to investors and fund managers.
* Handle fund accounts, prepare periodic reports, and coordinate audits and regulatory reviews.
* Coordinate investor servicing, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements.
* Organize board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
* Review tax returns and maintain relevant contacts with tax authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
* Fluent in English and German.
* Strong team spirit, client relationship-building skills, and initiative.
