Known for their structured site management and long-term commercial construction work, particularly in the Frankfurt region. The Opportunity We are hiring multiple experienced Dryliners / Drywall Installers for long-term, high-volume projects in Frankfurt. Ideal for candidates seeking stable, well-compensated construction work with clear structures, good site conditions, and support on the ground. Key Responsibilities Read and follow architectural drawings and blueprints Install metal or timber stud frameworks for partition and ceiling systems Precisely measure, cut, and fix plasterboard panels Ensure all work is executed safely and to the highest quality standards Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Dryliner / Drywall Installer / Fixer Skilled in both framing and plasterboard installation Ability to read technical drawings is a strong advantage Must have: European citizenship or valid work permit for Germany What’s on Offer Type : Project-based contract with 6-month probation Working Hours : Monday to Saturday (10-hour days, with a half-day on Saturday) Compensation Tiers : Experienced Dryliner / Fixer : €4,780 gross/month (~€3,000 net) General Operative with drylining skills : €3,645 gross/month (~€2,400 net) Extra info: Transport: They will have access to shared company vehicles and may carpool. Accommodation: The client will arrange accommodation for the workers, either in a rented house shared by several people or in a hotel. The cost will be covered by the worker, and typically each room will be shared by two people. Safety pass/VCA: The client prefers candidates who already hold a Safety Pass/VCA. However, if a candidate is suitable but does not yet have it, the client is willing to cover the cost. Language : Good English is preferred, but not essential. Romanian speakers have an advantage, as many team members on-site can assist with translation if needed. No additional language (German, Dutch, etc.) is required. Contract: It will be signed in Germany and taxes will be paid there. Interview process: One call with the HR Manager one call with the Project Manager.
