Provide architectural guidance for new initiatives, change requests, and rollouts in alignment with HR Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data protection, and security policies. Collaborate with business partners and vendors to assess feasibility and design scalable solutions. Drive release planning, solution validation, and technical reviews QUALIFIKATIONEN Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors architecture Deep understanding of integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite) Familiarity with identity management, SSO (IAS/IPS), and data privacy (GDPR). Proven experience in large-scale HRIS implementations and transformations. Structured, analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
