Be part of our journey to transform lives through education. We are seeking a Doctor Teacher Advisor (all genders) based in Berlin, or fully remotely in Germany. Your mission with us: Match Doctors by Lingoda supports internationally trained physicians in Germany on their path to successfully passing the Medical Knowledge Examination, and ultimately obtaining their medical license. This role plays a key part in the strategic and operational development of our medical education offering for physicians. It combines capacity and resource planning for our freelance instructors with the continuous optimization of core processes and curricula, as well as the implementation of structured quality assurance measures. The objective of this position is to ensure that course planning, business-critical initiatives, and quality standards are executed efficiently and at scale — enabling our participants to benefit from an outstanding learning experience that prepares them optimally for the requirements of the Kenntnisprüfung. Your tasks: Coordination and performance management of freelance doctor teachers. Facilitation and coordination of onboarding, training, and feedback processes. Scheduling of educators, ensuring full coverage of all teaching sessions, and organizing short-term substitutions when needed. Support in ensuring instructional quality and adherence to operational standards through documentation, reviews, and quality assurance measures. Contributing to the conception, creation, and optimization of teaching materials for current and new Doctors courses. Support in the implementation of curriculum updates and educational tools. Support with stakeholder communication with Quality Management, IT, and Curriculum teams to ensure delivery readiness. You bring to Lingoda: Completed medical degree (Humanmedizin) Proven experience in planning, coordination, or workforce scheduling Excellent command of German (C2 level) and fluency in English (C1 level) Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Confident use of digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools, learning platforms) Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Any kind of teaching experience is an advantage, in order to understand general demands and needs of teachers What you can expect from Lingoda: Approachable leaders and transparent communication - every voice counts at Lingoda!
