BASF Stationary Energy Storage GmbH (BSES) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BASF SE. BSES is the exclusive distributer of the NAS® batteries and co-develops the NAS® technology together with its Japanese partner NGK Insulators Ltd.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will be responsible to set-up and develop the After-Sales organization for our NAS® battery business.
1. You will develop a global network of technical service partners to deliver field maintenance for NAS, including contract management.
2. In addition, you will set-up and coordinate the needed spare parts management as well as the establishment of a service center. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will handle all aspects of after-sales communication, including complaint management and warranty cases.
3. Furthermore, you will oversee and manage the execution of Long Term Service Agreements.
4. To ensure efficient execution of projects and maintenance needs, you will implement an after-sales management tool for tracking and monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS
5. Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or similar, preferred electrical engineering
6. at least 3 years of experience in the field of After Sales Management
7. strong technical understanding, experience in the battery industry is a plus
8. team player with a solution-oriented way of working and customer-oriented mindset
9. strong English language skills are required, other European languages of advantage
10. willingness to travel world wide
