We are currently looking for a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Agent (f/m/d) to join our Collection team in either Berlin, Germany; In this role, you will mainly work on incoming requests from B2C-consumers from Romania, leveraging your fluency in Romanian to deliver exceptional customer service.

Confidently communicate with Romanian consumers (B2C) via telephone, email, chat, and letter, providing solution-oriented and competent handling of their concerns.
Efficient processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems.
Collect valuable feedback from clients and consumers to support the improvement of our technology and services.
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Romanian and very good English skills, Polish language skills are a plus.
Relevant experience in B2C customer service, ideally with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
Please note that all candidates must be located in Warsaw, Berlin or Vienna and possess a valid work permit to be eligible for this position.
